加氟(fu)是(shi)空調維(wei)修(xiu)的(de)一項基(ji)本(ben)功,同(tong)時又(you)是(shi)技術性很強的(de)工作。以下是(shi)同(tong)行們(men)在維(wei)修(xiu)實踐中摸(mo)索出(chu)來的(de)一些經驗,與讀(du)者共同(tong)探(tan)討。 

一(yi)、準(zhun)確加氟的前提(ti)條(tiao)件

1.維修的空(kong)調必須符合其使用條件(jian)及安裝標準。

2.維修的空(kong)調控制(zhi)系(xi)統及(ji)執行(xing)元(yuan)件必(bi)須(xu)(xu)正常;管路(lu)系(xi)統必(bi)須(xu)(xu)已有(you)效排除空(kong)氣、水(shui)分、阻塞、泄(xie)漏點等情(qing)況(kuang);過濾網、內外熱交換(huan)器應清潔,通風良好(hao)。

3.維修工具及材料必須合格。

4.嚴格(ge)按加氟工藝(yi)*作(zuo)。


二、準確加氟的依據和方法

1.定(ding)量(liang)(liang)加氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu):在三(san)(san)通(tong)(tong)截止閥工藝口連(lian)接好三(san)(san)通(tong)(tong)閥、壓力(li)表、加氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)軟管、氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)瓶(ping)(ping)或真空(kong)泵(beng)等(deng)。放氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)抽(chou)真空(kong)后,開始慢慢加氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)。用臺秤等(deng)較精確的(de)(de)計量(liang)(liang)工具稱重,當(dang)氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)瓶(ping)(ping)內氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)減(jian)少量(liang)(liang)等(deng)于空(kong)調(diao)銘牌上的(de)(de)標準加氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)量(liang)(liang)時,關閉氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)瓶(ping)(ping)閥門。


2.測(ce)電流(liu):將空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調設置于制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)或制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)熱(re)高(gao)速(su)風(feng)狀(zhuang)態(變頻(pin)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調設置于試運轉(zhuan)狀(zhuang)態)下(xia)運轉(zhuan),在低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)截(jie)止閥工(gong)(gong)藝口處,邊加(jia)氟(fu)邊觀察鉗形電流(liu)表變化,當(dang)接(jie)近空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調銘牌(pai)標定(ding)的(de)(de)額定(ding)工(gong)(gong)作電流(liu)值時,關閉氟(fu)瓶(ping)閥門。此(ci)時,讓(rang)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調繼續運轉(zhuan)一段時間,當(dang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)狀(zhuang)態下(xia)室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)接(jie)近27℃或制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)熱(re)狀(zhuang)態下(xia)室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)接(jie)近20℃時,再(zai)考慮室(shi)(shi)外(wai)(wai)機空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣溫(wen)(wen)度(du)、電網(wang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)低(di)(di)等影響額定(ding)工(gong)(gong)作電流(liu)的(de)(de)因素,同時微調加(jia)氟(fu)的(de)(de)量使之達到額定(ding)工(gong)(gong)作電流(liu)值,做到準確加(jia)氟(fu)。要(yao)進(jin)行微調的(de)(de)原(yuan)因是因為空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調銘牌(pai)標定(ding)的(de)(de)額定(ding)工(gong)(gong)作電流(liu)值是空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調廠(chang)家在以下(xia)工(gong)(gong)況條(tiao)件測(ce)試的(de)(de)數據:制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)狀(zhuang)態,電源電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)220V或380V時風(feng)扇高(gao)速(su)風(feng),室(shi)(shi)內(nei)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣溫(wen)(wen)度(du)27℃,室(shi)(shi)外(wai)(wai)機空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣溫(wen)(wen)度(du)35℃;制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)熱(re)狀(zhuang)態,電源電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)220V或380V時風(feng)扇高(gao)速(su)風(feng),室(shi)(shi)內(nei)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣溫(wen)(wen)度(du)20℃,室(shi)(shi)外(wai)(wai)機空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣溫(wen)(wen)度(du)7℃。

實踐(jian)總結的(de)微(wei)調(diao)數(shu)據是:制冷(leng)狀態下,以室(shi)外(wai)機空氣溫(wen)度35℃為(wei)標準(zhun),室(shi)外(wai)溫(wen)度每(mei)升高(gao)或(huo)(huo)降低1℃,增加或(huo)(huo)減(jian)少額定工作(zuo)電流(liu)值(zhi)的(de)1.4%;制熱狀態下,以室(shi)外(wai)機空氣溫(wen)度7℃為(wei)標準(zhun),室(shi)外(wai)溫(wen)度每(mei)升高(gao)或(huo)(huo)降低1℃,增加或(huo)(huo)減(jian)少額定工作(zuo)電流(liu)值(zhi)的(de)1%;制冷(leng)或(huo)(huo)制熱狀態下,以額定電源電壓220V或(huo)(huo)380V為(wei)標準(zhun),電源電壓每(mei)升高(gao)或(huo)(huo)降低1V,減(jian)少或(huo)(huo)增加額定工作(zuo)電流(liu)值(zhi):單相(xiang)(xiang)1匹(pi)(pi)0.025A,1.5匹(pi)(pi)0.025A×1.5,2匹(pi)(pi)0.025A×2,3匹(pi)(pi)0.025A×3;三相(xiang)(xiang)3匹(pi)(pi)0.025A×3/3,5匹(pi)(pi)0.025A×5/3,10匹(pi)(pi)0.025A×10/3。


3.測壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)法:將(jiang)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調置(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)制(zhi)冷高(gao)(gao)速風(feng)狀態(tai)(冬(dong)天(tian),制(zhi)熱需要(yao)加(jia)氟時,將(jiang)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調設置(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)強制(zhi)制(zhi)冷狀態(tai)或將(jiang)室(shi)溫(wen)傳感(gan)器(qi)置(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)27℃左(zuo)右的(de)(de)溫(wen)水中,模擬夏天(tian)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)讓(rang)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調處于(yu)制(zhi)冷狀態(tai))下運轉(zhuan),在(zai)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)截止閥(fa)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)口,邊加(jia)氟邊觀察(cha)真空(kong)(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表(biao)的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),當低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)在(zai)0.49MPa(夏天(tian))或0.25MPa(冬(dong)天(tian)),關閉氟瓶閥(fa)門。再考慮室(shi)外機空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)(gao)低(di)、室(shi)內(nei)冷負(fu)荷大(da)小等(deng)影響(xiang)(xiang)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)的(de)(de)因(yin)素,微調氟利昂的(de)(de)量和表(biao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),做到準確加(jia)氟。進(jin)行(xing)微調的(de)(de)原因(yin)是因(yin)為(wei)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)與室(shi)內(nei)冷負(fu)荷成正比,即(ji)冷負(fu)荷越大(da),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)越高(gao)(gao),反(fan)之越低(di);加(jia)氟工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)口及附近管道,因(yin)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)室(shi)外,其壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)及蒸(zheng)發溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)受外界氣(qi)溫(wen)影響(xiang)(xiang)很(hen)大(da),室(shi)內(nei)熱交換器(qi)實(shi)際壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)及蒸(zheng)發溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)夏天(tian)要(yao)偏高(gao)(gao)一些(xie),冬(dong)天(tian)要(yao)偏低(di)一些(xie)。實(shi)踐中總結的(de)(de)在(zai)風(feng)扇(shan)高(gao)(gao)速風(feng),室(shi)內(nei)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)27℃的(de)(de)情況下,低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)數(shu)據如附表(biao)所(suo)示。


4.觀察法:將空調設置在制(zhi)冷或制(zhi)熱(re)(re)高速(su)風狀態下(xia)運轉,加氟量(liang)準確時室內熱(re)(re)交換器(qi)進(jin)、出風口(kou)處(chu)(chu)10cm的(de)溫差是(shi):制(zhi)冷時大于(yu)(yu)12℃,制(zhi)熱(re)(re)時大于(yu)(yu)16℃;制(zhi)冷時,室內熱(re)(re)交換器(qi)全部結露 、蒸發聲均勻低沉(chen)、室外截止閥處(chu)(chu)結露、夏季冷凝滴水連續不斷(duan)、室內熱(re)(re)交換器(qi)與毛(mao)細(xi)管的(de)連接處(chu)(chu)無霜有(you)露 等;制(zhi)熱(re)(re)時,室內熱(re)(re)交換器(qi)壁溫大于(yu)(yu)40℃。

在實際維修中,變頻空調因(yin)對加氟(fu)(fu)(fu)量(liang)的準(zhun)確(que)性(xing)要求相當(dang)高,或定頻空調因(yin)制冷管路系統需(xu)抽真(zhen)空時(shi)(shi),宜采(cai)用定量(liang)加氟(fu)(fu)(fu)方法(fa)。若管路系統需(xu)補充(chong)氟(fu)(fu)(fu)時(shi)(shi),宜采(cai)用以測(ce)(ce)電(dian)流為(wei)主(zhu)、測(ce)(ce)表壓為(wei)輔(fu),兼顧觀察的方法(fa)。
